Employer Sponsored Jobs seeks an experienced Head Chef to take ownership of a busy hospitality kitchen in South Australia. This is a hands-on senior role leading the kitchen team, upholding high food and service standards, and driving daily operations.

You will oversee menu development, stock control, cost management and food safety, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with venue management to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Competenze

• Experience leading kitchen teams in busy hospitality venues.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and portion control.
• Ability to plan and develop menus and supervise daily service.

• Lead, train and develop the kitchen team
• Manage the day-to-day kitchen operation and service
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation and portion control
• Plan and coordinate food preparation and kitchen service

• Take overall responsibility for kitchen performance and standards
