Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a seasoned culinary leader based in the Toowoomba region to drive a high-performing team and deliver excellent catering experiences. You will oversee menu design, food preparation, service quality and customer satisfaction across multiple outlets and events.

You will manage operations, finances and people performance, while mentoring staff and upholding food safety standards. A hands-on leader who can build relationships with clients and adapt to a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food safety and compliance within high-volume catering or hospitality.
• Experience managing labour costs and financial performance in catering operations.
• Strong leadership of diverse catering environments and teams.
