We’re on the lookout for a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at Minnippi Golf Course, overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Located just 15 minutes from Brisbane CBD, Minnippi is a brand-new 18-hole golf course and driving range featuring a stunning, newly built 150-seat restaurant.
As Head Chef, you’ll take charge of kitchen operations, menu development, team leadership, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety. You’ll work closely with a talented team to create memorable meals in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.
Oversee food production and ensure consistent, high-quality output
Develop and maintain menus, costed recipes, and production forecasts
Recruit and manage kitchen staff, including training and performance management
Manage stock, inventory, and supplier relationships
Control costs and roster staff in line with venue demands
Maintain WHS standards and ensure safe kitchen operations
Train staff in equipment use, food safety, and chemical handling
