Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or a Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of food costing, GP targets, and stock management.
• Passion for quality pub food and modern casual dining.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant food safety certifications.
