Qualifications

• Experience leading bartending teams in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines and premium beverages.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts at Aria Bar & Lounge and ensure service excellence.
• Coach, train and mentor bartenders and F&B colleagues.
• Oversee stock control, ordering and beverage cost management.
• Maintain RSA, food safety, health and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle guest feedback.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague development.
