Job summary
Flinders University seeks an HDR Engagement and Partnerships Manager in Adelaide to lead industry and international initiatives that enhance HDR opportunities. You will build partnerships, negotiate agreements, and support internships, cotutelle arrangements and scholarships, while guiding complex HDR matters and student outcomes.
The role requires senior-level partnership development, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement across campus and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in partnership development, project management, business development or a related field.
- High-level organisational, project management, and analytical skills, including managing multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, including report writing, presentations, and briefing senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead HDR industry and international initiatives, including internships, cotutelles and scholarships.
- Develop and negotiate strategic partnerships, agreements and funding.
- Build strong industry, international and internal relationships to expand HDR opportunities.
- Represent Flinders at industry events, forums and international delegations.
- Manage complex HDR matters, including student cases, conflict resolution and IP.
