Job summary

GenusPlus Group is seeking an experienced HD Mechanic to join the Fleet team in a Kenwick, WA workshop. The role involves servicing and maintaining a diverse fleet of plant and equipment, with a Monday–Friday roster and home every night.

The ideal candidate will be trade-qualified with strong fault-finding skills, able to work independently or in a team, and hold a current drivers licence (HR desirable). Immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Heavy Duty Mechanic with hands-on workshop experience.
• Proven ability to fault-find and diagnose mechanical issues on heavy plant and mobile equipment.
• Current Driver’s Licence (HR desirable).
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a wide range of fleet and plant.
• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform breakdown repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Ensure all work is completed to safety and compliance standards.
• Complete job cards and maintenance records accurately.

This is a hands-on role supporting the maintenance and reliability of a diverse fleet of plant and equipment across major projects.
We are offering flexibility with either a Monday to Friday roster .

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of fleet and plant
• Diagnose mechanical faults and perform breakdown repairs
