Job summary

Aston Advantage in Australia is seeking an experienced HD Mechanic/Fitter to perform maintenance and repair on civil sized mobile plant. The role can be based in the Yennora workshop or field service visits.

The successful candidate will hold a HD/HV or plant mechanic trade certificate, an HR licence, and be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening. This is a permanent, Monday–Friday position with optional overtime and a ute provided for field tasks.

Qualifications

• Trade cert as HD/HV or plant mechanic.
• HR licence is required.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair civil-sized mobile plant in workshop or on-site.
• Perform field service tasks as required and travel to job sites.
• Work on machines ranging from 1.5t to 50t and ensure safe operation.
