Mineral Resources is hiring for Mt Marion Lithium Mine. The role is a permanent, full-time FIFO from Perth on a 2/1 roster, with DIDO on a case-by-case basis. Join a leading diversified mining company with strong safety culture and a focus on people.

You will lead a mobile maintenance team for large-scale equipment, ensuring uptime, safety, and adherence to standards at our Mt Marion operation in WA.

Formación

• Safety leadership and teamwork required for on-site mobile maintenance teams.
• Trade qualification recognized in Australia is mandatory.
• S26 certification or progress toward accreditation.
• Experience leading groups on large-scale surface mining equipment.
• Must hold a current Australian driver’s license.
• NHHC within 12 months or willing to attain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a mobile maintenance crew to sustain equipment uptime.
• Enforce safety standards and incident-prevention practices.
• Coordinate daily maintenance planning and checks for large mining machinery.

This role is permanent, full time, FIFO from Perth on a 2/1 roster, with DIDO from the surrounding region on a case-by-case basis.
