Job summary

Polymer Connect Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Driver/Operator to transport BULK container loads and discharge into silo facilities with specialised trailers across metropolitan and regional routes, prioritising safety and customer satisfaction.

This role is mainly Monday to Friday 6am–4pm with occasional Saturday mornings. Attractive salary plus overtime and superannuation applies to the successful applicant.

As a Driver/Operator in Melbourne, you will be responsible for transporting BULK Container loads and using specialised trailers for discharging into factory silo's efficiently and safely throughout the METROPOLITAN/REGIONAL and surrounding areas. This role requires a good understanding of Victoria's road network, ensuring Professional bulk deliveries, with strong customer satisfaction focus. There will also be times where operations will need the Driver/Operator discharging at our depot and you will be required to assist the ground crew.

It is important to us that our operators present professionally, maintain a clean and tidy appearance, and take pride in keeping their TRUCKS & EQUIPMENT CLEAN. Our operators represent the company, so we expect a high standard of professionalism and to always uphold our company standards.

Drivers/Operators will have the opportunity to work with our fleet of late-model Kenworth and Volvo trucks.

This role is Mainly Monday to Friday 6am to 4pm with the odd Saturday Morning.
