Bridge to Bay Logistics Pty Ltd – Erskine Park NSW is seeking an experienced driver to operate Single and B Double tautliners on SYD—MEL—ADL—BNE routes and manage loads efficiently.

You will plan runs, load and unload freight safely, and use Teletrac and TransVirtual for tracking and compliance. The role requires a current HC/MC licence, BFM, medical clearance, and a strong customer focus with clear English communication.

• Operate single and double skel combinations from Port Botany to local terminals and intermodal locations.
• Comply with NHVR fatigue, mass and maintenance obligations.
• Utilise Teletrac & TransVirtual to manage NHVR compliance, vehicle maintenance and consignment tracking.
• Work closely with operations to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Handle loading, unloading and securing freight safely.

Job description

Bridge to Bay Logistics Pty Ltd – Erskine Park NSW

Operating Single and B Double Tautliners primarily on Sydney to Melbourne linehaul as well as container skels, across Sydney metro, delivering a mix of palletised and containerised freight. You will plan your run and keep customers updated through the day, handle loading, unloading and securing freight safely including the use of digital pre-starts, electronic work diary, and digital consignment management / POD tools.

Key responsibilities

Operate Single & B Double Tautliners on SYD - MEL - ADL - BNE routes

Operate single and double skel combinations out of Port Botany to local terminals and other intermodal locations

Comply with all NHVR fatigue, mass and maintenance management obligations

Utilise digital platforms such as Teletrac & TransVirtual to manage NHVR compliance, vehicle maintenance and consignment tracking

Work closely with operations to ensure safe and efficient performance of your role

Handle loading, unloading and securing freight safely

About you

Current HC / MC licence

Current Basic Fatigue Management (BFM) driver qualification, in order to work under Bridge to Bay NHVR BFM accreditation

Must be able to pass a medical, including a drug screen

Physically fit and in overall good health

Reliable: you turn up, and you do what you say you will, every day without fail

Very customer focused, with a friendly and professional manner

A strong planner and clear communicator with sound English language skills, who can work with schedulers and customers to ensure service delivery excellence
