Job summary

Driver Hire Australia is seeking experienced HC/MC Drivers for Brisbane-based container and linehaul work. Multiple opportunities across MC B-Double, MC Super B Double, MC A-Double, and HC/MC Container Drivers are available. Local movements to ports, depots and client sites with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Roles cover AM and PM shifts with overtime and a supportive team. Current MC licence (HC acceptable for container work) and CoR knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current MC Licence (HC accepted for container roles).
• Experience operating B-Double, A-Double or Super B combinations.
• Container transport experience highly regarded.
• MSIC Card advantageous (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong understanding of CoR requirements.
• Reliable work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills and driving history.

Responsibilities

• Local transport movements to ports, depots and customer sites.
• Complete vehicle pre-start inspections and paperwork.

We're currently seeking experienced and reliable HC/MC Drivers to join a growing transport operation with multiple opportunities available across container and linehaul operations.

Whether you're experienced in Semi, B-Double, Super B Double, A-Double, or Container work, we want to hear from you!

The Role

• Local transport operations
• Container movements to and from ports, depots, and customer sites
• Completing vehicle pre-start inspections and compliance paperwork
• Following Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and safety requirements
• Maintaining a professional approach with customers and clients
• Ensuring freight is delivered safely and efficiently

To Be Successful You'll Have

• Current MC Licence (HC considered for container roles)
