Central Solutions Group Pty Ltd – Kemps Creek NSW is seeking experienced HC and HR Truck Drivers to join a family-run civil company. You will operate company trucks on civil construction sites and contribute to safety, reliability and teamwork.

Required are an HR class licence, White Card, and prior civil trucking experience. The role offers a hands-on environment with direct access to the directors and owner, prioritising safety and strong team culture.

Formación

We are looking for experienced, reliable and motivated HC and HR Truck Drivers to join our team.

As a family-run civil construction company, we offer a hands-on working environment with direct access to the company directors and owner. We value good people, hard work and a strong team culture, and we want employees who take pride in what they do.

TRUCK DRIVER

We are seeking experienced civil truck drivers with a minimum HR class licence to join our team.

To be successful, you must have:

• A current HR class driver's licence or higher.
• A current White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
• Previous experience driving trucks in civil construction or a similar industry.
• A strong understanding of road safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Experience working on construction sites and around heavy machinery.
• A reliable attitude, good work ethic and commitment to safety.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to assist with general site duties when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely operating company trucks for civil construction
• Transporting materials
• Completing daily pre-start checks and reporting any maintenance issues.
• Following site procedures and all relevant safety requirements.
• Working closely with operators and other team members to keep projects running efficiently.
