ecoDynamics Landscaping is seeking a dedicated HR/HC Driver to operate trucks across VIC and support large-scale landscape projects. The role blends driving, on-site work and machinery operation in a dynamic team environment.

We value reliability, punctuality and a strong safety mindset. The role involves loading/unloading, vehicle and equipment care, and daily site documentation, with opportunities to grow skills on diverse outdoor sites.

Qualifications

• Hold a current HR and/or HC truck licence.
• Experience driving trucks and/or operating machinery.
• Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Be physically fit and able to work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and trucks.
• Drive to and from job sites.
• Load, unload and handle materials.

Your duties will include:

• Operating equipment and trucks

• Driving to and from job sites

• Following workplace health and safety procedures

• Working efficiently as part of a team while also being able to work independently

• Reporting of stock use

• Daily site diary’s completed

About You

The successful applicant will:

• Hold a current and appropriate truck licence HR and / or HC

• Have experience driving trucks and/or operating machinery

• Be reliable, punctual and safety-conscious

• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Take pride in producing quality work

• Be willing to learn and take on new skills

• Have good communication skills
