Job summary

Spiral Logistics in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Operator to join our full-time driving team. You will operate HC trucks with extendable trailers, delivering steel to Tamworth and surrounding country areas.

A minimum 40-hour week is guaranteed with time-and-a-half for overtime over 8 hours per day, and no weekend work. Candidates must have a minimum 3 years HC driving experience, steel loading, load restraint and tarp handling skills, and full Australian working rights.

• Be available for full-time hours with overtime
• Steel, Restraint and Tarping experience required

Responsibilities

• Drive HC truck with standard and extendable trailers in Tamworth and surrounding towns

ABOUT THE ROLE:

These are full time positions with no weekends.Local and country work delivering steel within Tamworth and Country areas.You must have reliable transport, manual experience and be flexible.

You will be required to drive HC truck, with standard and extendable trailers, you will be doing deliveries in Tamworth and surrounding towns, you will be offered a 40 hour week minimum, plus time and half rate for over time over 8 hours per day. No overnight, return to local base daily.

CRITERIA:

Applicants MUST:

Have a minimum 3 years heavy vehicle experience

Have full Australian working rights, as we are unable to offer sponsorship

Be available for full time hours, plus overtime

Have Steel, Restraint and Tarping experience

Have a positive attitude, good communicator, reliable, punctual and well presented

Have strong focus on customer service and safety
