Job summary

Cement Australia is looking for experienced HC/MC drivers to join our Gladstone team. You’ll operate cement tankers, load/unload trucks, and liaise with the Operations team to ensure on-time deliveries and strict safety adherence.

This full-time position offers consistent hours, a supportive team, and the benefit of home nightly within North and Central Queensland. Overtime may be required to meet customer needs and keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• A HC or MC licence with at least 2 years’ experience.
• A valid Basic Fatigue Management Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
• White/Blue card.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• A genuine focus on safety and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cement tankers to deliver product safely and on time
• Load/unload trucks and work closely with the Operations team
• Commit to safety and follow all Cement Australia safety procedures
• Stay close to home with routes throughout North and Central Queensland

Starts between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, with shifts between 8 to 12 hours long. Overtime may be required at times to support operational needs and to meet customer requirements.

What You’ll Bring

• A current HC or MC licence with at least 2 years’ experience
