Job summary

Boral Cement seeks a responsible MC professional driver to operate Cement Powder Tankers from Eraring (primarily) and Kooragang with notice. You will deliver product safely to customer sites across the Hunter and Central Coast NSW, prioritising workload and upholding safety.

This permanent, full-time role offers an hourly rate with super, a rostered day off each month, and the chance to work for an Australian-owned company committed to safety.

Qualifications

• Current MC Licence
• Proven experience driving a Multi Combination (MC) vehicle
• Bulk powder tanker experience preferred but not essential
• OH&S induction for construction industry (White Card)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient cartage of materials
• Conduct daily checks on the vehicle and reporting maintenance as required
• Completing basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of materials
• Communicating effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiences

Job description

Boral is seeking a responsible, organised and experienced MC professional driver to operate Cement Powder Tankers based from our Eraring (primarily) & Kooragang (with notice) Cement Plants. As a Boral Driver, you will be responsible for delivering product in a safe manner to customer sites throughout the Hunter & Central Coast NSW regions with the ability to prioritise your workload and conducting yourself safely at all times.

This is a day shift opportunity requiring the flexibility (with notice) to work between our 3 Northern sites - Eraring, Kooragang and Doyalson.

Your day will involve:

• Safe and efficient cartage of materials
• Conducting daily checks on the vehicle and reporting maintenance as required
• Completing basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of materials
• Communicating effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiences

What are we looking for?

• Current MC Licence
