Inghams Enterprises in New South Wales is seeking dedicated Farm Hands to join our Casino Farm network. You will assist with day-to-day farm operations, support the welfare of our livestock, and contribute to high-quality poultry production in a fast-paced, team environment.

This entry-level role offers on-the-job training, onsite parking, and a clear path to permanent employment with ASX-listed company. Commitment to health, safety, and well-being is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks safely.
• Lift up to 15 kg and handle physical duties.
• Reliable team player with good attention to detail.
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day farm operations, feeding and monitoring livestock.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in farm facilities.
• Support egg collection and inspection processes.
• Identify and report animal welfare, food safety, or operational issues.

We are seeking dedicated Farm Hands to join our team at our Casino Farm network (Farms and hatcheries around Casino, Leeville, Yorklea, McKees Hill area). In this hands-on role, you will assist with day-to-day farm operations, support the welfare of our livestock, maintain farm facilities, and contribute to high-quality production standards.
