Job summary

Casella Family Brands in the Barossa region is seeking a hands-on Vintage Cellar Hand for the 2027 grape harvest. You will work on forklift-assisted grape intake, wine transfers and blending, plus general cellar duties.

No experience? Enthusiastic learners from Australia and beyond are welcome. Interviews may be in Tanunda, SA, or via video, with pre-employment checks including drug testing.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift licence and forklift experience.
• Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves.
• Able to work shifts and weekends.
• Own reliable transport is preferred.
• Available for full vintage period (January–April 2027).
• Minimum age 18 by 31 January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts during grape intake.
• Assist with wine transfers and blending.
• Assist with grape receival and juice processing.
