Job summary

GrainCorp is seeking a casual Harvest Administrator to join a national admin team during the peak harvest period. You will manage grain handler timecards, schedules and exceptions, plus time slotting and supply chain planning to support delivery tasks.

The role requires admin experience, familiarity with timecard systems, and solid MS Office skills. Knowledge of SAP or UKG Dimensions is beneficial. This is a casual, on-site position in Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in an admin role is essential.
• Experience with timecard systems is preferred.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills are required.
• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint is expected.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
• SAP experience is advantageous.
• UKG Dimensions experience is advantageous.
