Job summary

Central Coast Harley-Davidson in West Gosford NSW is seeking a qualified Motorcycle Technician to support our busy service department. You will service, diagnose, repair, maintain and customize motorcycles while upholding high workmanship and customer service standards.

You should hold a Motorcycle Technician trade qualification or equivalent and a current Motorcycle Licence, with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret manufacturer service information.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
• Carry out accessory fitments and customisation work.
• Diagnose faults and recommend effective repair solutions.
• Complete repair orders, inspection reports and workshop documentation accurately.
• Conduct final quality checks to ensure work is completed right the first time.
• Work closely with the Service Team to ensure efficient workshop operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment and work areas in a clean, safe and professional condition.
• Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs to stay current with product knowledge and technical developments.
