Job summary

Dahlsens Building Centres Pty is looking for a reliable, safety-minded Store Person to join our Atherton team. You will manage goods inwards, receive and organise stock, assist customers, and support store operations to keep the business running smoothly.

The role emphasizes safe manual handling, teamwork, and attention to detail, with opportunities to contribute across logistics and stock management in a busy hardware environment.

Qualifications

• Safety‑minded with attention to detail.
• Hands-on approach with manual handling.
• Experience in hardware/building industry is a plus, not required.
• Current LF forklift licence is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and process incoming stock accurately and on time.
• Help ensure customer orders are ready in full and on time.
• Complete branch transfers correctly and follow company processes.
• Keep the store clean, safe and easy to work in.
• Pitch in with logistics, loading and general store support when needed.
