Constellation Cruises is seeking reliable and enthusiastic casual staff to join our hospitality team across multiple venues and vessels on Sydney Harbour. roles include Café staff, Chef and Boat staff, with duties spanning food preparation, serving, and guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, excellent customer service, and a flexible approach to working across different venues, vessels and events. Weekend and evening availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience is essential.
• Experience on boats on Sydney Harbour or in a café is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, professional service to guests across café, events and vessels.
• Preparing and serving food and beverages.
• Preparing, cooking and presenting meals to a high standard for café service and events.
• Assisting with setup, service and pack-down of functions and cruises.
• Keeping work areas clean, organised and well presented.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Working as part of a team to ensure every guest has an enjoyable experience.
• Assisting with other duties across venues and vessels as required.
