Job summary

Q Station is seeking passionate F&B Attendants to support operations across events, breakfast, cafe, and waterfront restaurant. You will set up outlets, greet customers, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with care, while maintaining high service standards.

This casual role offers growth potential within a vibrant harbour-side property and benefits from a supportive team, RSA/food handler certification required, and flexibility across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as events staff, cafe all-rounder, waiter or bartender; hotel experience a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments.
• Professional, personable and positive with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily opening and closing of outlets.
• Provide efficient, friendly, and professional food & beverage service.
• Deliver complete, well-presented orders promptly to guests.
• Take orders accurately and manage transactions professionally.
• Maintain clean, well-set tables throughout the dining experience.
• Communicate special requests or dietary needs to kitchen staff.
• Confidently prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Support inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
