Artemus Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for its Manly Harbour front venue. You’ll deliver outstanding service, run food and drinks, and create a memorable guest experience in a high-energy environment.

Experience in hospitality is valued; full training will be provided, and you’ll work weekends with RSA compliance to ensure safe service. Join a collaborative team and contribute to our growth.

Qualifications

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday availability is essential.
• Experience in high volume and fast-paced venues is desirable.
• Knowledge of the venue and our offerings/activations.
• Ability to work close shifts (1am finishes).
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service; full training will be provided.
• Be a positive and collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
• Hold a valid Queensland RSA.

Responsabilités

• Greet every guest with warmth, personality and professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional, efficient, and friendly service across all areas of the venue.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently make recommendations.
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables, keeping service areas clean and well presented.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues, escalating to a manager when required.
• Adhere to RSA and food safety compliance standards at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support colleagues during peak periods.
