Job summary

AustCorp Executive is seeking a reliable Handyperson for a 6-month fixed-term contract at a Wembley site in Perth. You will handle general maintenance, repairs, and site upkeep to keep facilities safe and functional.

The role offers steady weekday hours (Mon-Fri, 6:00am–2:30pm) with an hourly pay of $35–$38, and requires a valid driver’s licence and a National Police Check. Working Holiday Visa holders with Australian work rights are welcome.

Qualifications

• Previous handyperson or maintenance experience.
• Practical skills in general repairs and building maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.

• Current driver's licence – essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, repairs and handyman duties across the site.
• Complete minor carpentry, patching, painting and general building repairs.
• Assist with basic plumbing and general maintenance tasks within your level of competency.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, completing repairs where possible.
• Undertake general site upkeep to maintain a safe and presentable environment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and follow site safety procedures to maintain a clean, organised work area.

About the Role
