Job summary

AAMG Technologies in Australia seeks a hands-on Workshop Technician to join our growing Technology team. You will help take projects from parts through assembly, testing and final dispatch, ensuring our solutions are ready for deployment to client sites.

You’ll work across workshop and warehouse, manage parts, inventory, project builds, testing, packing and logistics. This role suits someone with trade or warehousing background who enjoys building things, solving problems and working with

Qualifications

• Trade, technical, parts, warehousing or inventory experience.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Confidence using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read technical drawings and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Good organisation and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and project records.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• A genuine interest in technology and learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Workshop assembly, fit‑out and preparation of technology projects.
• Testing and quality checking equipment before deployment.
• Managing parts, stock, inventory and project requirements.
• Ordering, receipting, stocktakes and project allocation.
• Packing and dispatching equipment to clients and project sites.
• Working with electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and technology components.
