Seek is seeking a reliable Waste Facility Labourer / Operations Worker in Moama, NSW. This hands-on role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work, operating equipment and assisting a small team with daily facility operations.

Key duties include forklift operations, loading/unloading ISO containers, tanks and trailers, plus general maintenance and paperwork. A strong safety mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
• Forklift licence and safe operating experience.
• Ability to follow site procedures and complete paperwork accurately.

Responsibilities

• Manual handling and general labour throughout the facility.
• Operate forklifts to load, unload and move materials.
• Load and unload ISO tank containers, tautliner trailers and tankers.
• Assist with stock movement and equipment positioning.
• Perform basic plant inspections and routine maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organisation; report defects.
• Complete site paperwork, checklists and records as required.
• Support drivers, contractors and the broader operations team.
