Job summary

Holloway Removals & Storage is looking for a hands-on, organised and confident Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our Wolli Creek warehouse and lead the day-to-day operation.

We’re seeking someone who can lead from the front—delegate, set clear priorities and keep the team accountable while also working on the floor when needed, ensuring the site remains safe, organised and productive.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a warehouse or logistics operation.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong practical problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and administrative capability.
• Proactive, independent working style.
• Ability to prioritise and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of WHS and workplace safety.
• Current forklift licence is required.
• High Reach and Counterbalance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the Wolli Creek warehouse.
• Supervise loading and unloading activities.
• Manage warehouse organisation, storage and inventory control.
• Coordinate container and module movements.
• Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and safety.
• Direct, motivate and support warehouse staff.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure WHS compliance.
• Ensure team members follow company processes and safety procedures.
