Job summary

Natural Stone Geelong is seeking an experienced Stonemason / Benchtop Fabricator to join our Geelong workshop. You will cut, polish, laminate and finish high-end stone benchtops for both residential and commercial projects, working hands-on with precision.

Ideally you bring 2+ years in stone fabrication or stonemasonry, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Forklift experience is a plus, and we offer a supportive team environment and ongoing skill development.

Qualifications

• Experience in stone fabrication or stonemasonry (2+ years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Experience with natural stone and porcelain highly regarded.
• Forklift licence beneficial (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and finish stone benchtops to specification
• Operate workshop machinery
• Complete mitres, waterfalls, sink cut-outs and edge profiles
• Read and interpret job sheets and drawings
• Work closely with installers to ensure accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organised workshop
