Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Bangholme, Victoria is seeking a Production Operator to join our hands-on manufacturing team. You will assemble products, handle materials, and help deliver quality solutions on schedule.

We welcome candidates from manufacturing, warehousing, trades, automotive, construction, or related backgrounds, including those with hobby/project experience. Forklift and First Aid are desirable but not essential; strong teamwork and a drive to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production or similar practical background required.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, assembly, trades, automotive, maintenance, construction, fabrication, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, and logistics activities.
• Assemble, pick, pack, move, and dispatch products.
• Operate tools, equipment, and systems safely.
• Support production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock movements, counts, and stocktakes.
• Complete production, inventory, and quality transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and operational performance.
• Follow safety, quality, and compliance requirements while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
