Qualifications

• Proven hands-on PLC programming: Siemens S7 using TIA Portal and Beckhoff using TwinCAT.
• Practical machine-logic diagnosis: navigate unfamiliar programs and trace faults.
• Strong ladder logic and Structured Text/SCL skills with interlocks and alarms.
• Industrial electrical/motion-control knowledge including sensors and VFDs.
• Safe, evidence-based working methods and ability to validate before service.

Responsibilities

• PLC programming and machine-sequence development with ladder logic and function blocks.
• Develop new programs from functional specs and modify existing third-party code.
• Fault finding across electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and drive subsystems.
• Read schematics, diagnose drive faults and verify fix on site and remotely.
• Safety, recovery and commissioning including E-stop, door interlocks and SCADA.
• HMI improvements and diagnostics for ECAT/PROFINET communications.
• Provide on-site and remote support to technicians and develop troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain backups, wiring diagrams, and commissioning reports.
