Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational activities.
• Manage production, workflow, resources and operational priorities.

• Monitor productivity, quality, costs and delivery performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and output.
• Ensure products are manufactured to the required quality standards.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, transport and other teams to meet customer commitments.
• Manage operational challenges and resolve issues quickly.
• Track key performance measures and drive continuous improvement.
