KG Talent is recruiting a Factory Manager on behalf of a leading Australian manufacturer of steel building products based in Toowoomba.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows manufacturing, enjoys working closely with their team and takes pride in running a safe, efficient and productive factory.

You'll oversee daily factory operations, keep production on track and make sure the team has what it needs to deliver quality products on time.
