Zusammenfassung

Visy Recycling is seeking a Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance operations at our Smithfield Materials Recovery Facility. This hands-on leadership role guides a tenured on-site team in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment, ensuring safety, reliability and maximum plant uptime.

You’ll plan preventative and corrective maintenance, manage spare parts, coordinate shutdowns with production, and drive continuous improvement across a critical materials recovery operation in NSW.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading maintenance teams in high-throughput facilities.
• Background in recycling, manufacturing or materials-handling environments.
• Strong safety focus and ability to work in an industrial setting.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver preventative and corrective maintenance.

• Take full ownership of maintenance systems, schedules and execution.
• Lead and support a small on-site maintenance team in a hands-on manner.
• Plan preventative and corrective maintenance to maximise plant uptime.
• Ensure critical spare parts availability and effective job planning.
• Maintain strong safety standards across all maintenance activities.
• Monitor performance and adjust maintenance priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Work closely with production teams to coordinate shutdowns and daily maintenance tasks.
