The Kitchen Food Company is seeking an experienced Assistant Production Manager for our Riverwood site in South-West Sydney. You will lead a small production team, ensuring daily output meets the planned schedule and KPI targets while maintaining GMP and HACCP standards.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the role focuses on team training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. Evening or morning shifts available at Riverwood, Sydney.

Formación

• Background in food manufacturing or large volume kitchen facilities.
• Understanding of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Daily supervision and direction of a small production team.
• Review staff performance and provide coaching.
• Coordinate on-the-job staff training and assessment.
• Oversee adherence to quality, safety and efficiency standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and incident reporting.
• Maintain production records and GMP compliance.
• Organise work area and GMP standards.
• Oversee raw materials and stock checks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and equipment faults.
• Contribute to minimize food wastage in production.
