This position will be responsible for providing a high-quality physiotherapy service to client groups and circumstances of a complex nature, requiring advanced reasoning and practice skills and extensive post graduate clinical experience. The position will contribute to leadership and service development across the district, provide support and mentoring for level 1 and 2 therapists and be able to operate autonomously with minimum direct clinical supervision.

Wollongong Hospital, located on Dharawal Country, is the Illawarra Shoalhaven’s major referral and teaching hospital and has a bed-base count of more than 500. The campus, which incorporates the Illawarra Regional Cancer Care Centre, provides a comprehensive range of inpatient, outpatient and community-based services.

This is a Temporary Part Time 16 hour per week Leave relief position until 20 January 2026 with the possibility of extension at same / reduced hours.
