Job summary

Sydney Local Health District is seeking Provisional Fellows to join the Haematology Clinical Research Unit at Concord Hospital. You will manage patients in clinical trials across haematological malignancies and develop your own research interests, including potential enrolment in a higher research degree.

• Demonstrated clinical research and/or translational research experience.
• Ability to work independently in a supervised complex clinical environment.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.
• Experience in education and training of undergraduate and postgraduate learners.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients treated in clinical trials across haematological malignancies; participate in phase I–III trials.
• Provide routine and urgent medical assessments within Concord Haematology’s Clinical Research Unit.
• Support observational studies and disease registries.
