Job summary

PCYC NSW in Dubbo seeks a qualified Gymnastics Coach for a casual role with flexible hours. You will deliver engaging, safe classes and help with reception and admin tasks, while promoting core values and positive experiences for youth.

Applicants should have gymnastics coaching accreditation or be willing to obtain it, plus the ability to obtain Working with Children and National Police checks. Prior coaching or customer service is a bonus.

We are seeking a qualified Gymnastics Coach to join our team. This is a casual position that can offer you flexibility around your work hours. We run Gymnastic classes 6 days per week MON- SAT. You will also be required to learn reception and admin skills to add your current qualifications. If this sounds like you and you are keen for a challenging new role that can lead to more.

$34.96 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Dubbo team to provide positive experiences to young people.In this varied and flexible role, classified as a Gymnastics Coach under our Enterprise Agreement, you'll do more than just teach skills—you’ll role model our core values of Respect, Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, and Citizenship every day.

• Delivering exciting, safe and inclusive gymnastics classes
• Designing and planning engaging lesson content tailored to different ages and abilities
• Supporting customer service and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations
• Creating an environment that encourages resilience, teamwork and confidence
• Coaching across a wide range of programs – from Kindergym to Trampoline, TeamGym to Parkour, Cheerleading to Artistic Gymnastics

About You

• Loves working with kids and creating a positive, safe environment
• Has a strong interest in gymnastics or sport (Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation desirable – or willingness to obtain)
• Has a relevant Gymnastics accreditation
• Brings strong communication, reliability, and teamwork to the role
• Has (or can obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Previous experience in coaching, youth work, or customer service is a bonus!
