Job summary

Anytime Fitness is hiring a Memberships Consultant to welcome potential and current members, conduct gym tours, and explain membership options. You’ll assist with sales, promotions, admin, and keep the club welcoming and organized.

Qualified fitness staff will have opportunities to run group sessions, take on PT clients, and grow income through sessions and incentives. Join a positive, energetic team with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• First Aid & CPR certification is essential or willingness to obtain.
• Working With Children Check is essential or willingness to obtain.
• Availability for set shifts with flexibility to cover others.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Drive membership sales through consultations, outreach, and lead follow-up.
• Conduct gym tours and explain membership options and services.
• Handle new member sign-ups and general admin tasks.
• Support club promotions, events, and local outreach.
• Deliver group fitness sessions or 1:1 PT if qualified.
