Job summary

Belgravia Leisure is seeking passionate gym instructors to support members with goal achievement at Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre in Kangaroo Flat, VIC. The role involves delivering fitness programs and personal training on an as-needed basis, ensuring high levels of service and member engagement.

You will hold a Cert IV in Fitness or Diploma, maintain current fitness registration, and hold essential health and safety certifications. Availability mornings, evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness or Diploma in Fitness.
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia.
• Senior First Aid and CPR certificates required.
• Working With Children Check and national police check required.
• Able to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fitness programs and personal training to members on an as-needed basis.

The Role

Fitnessprofessionals aredynamic and committed to delivering high levels of customer service,support andcan deliver programs and personal training to members on an as needs basis.

Skills & Attributes

• Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.
• Personal Training with a variety of different clientele.
• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well developed communication skills.
• Minimum Certificate lV in Fitness/Diploma in Fitness or higher
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia (not including EP's)
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can do attitude
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
