This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and energetic individual looking to lead our health club team and drive members achieve their goals.

What you bring?

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Gym Instructor to join our dynamic team at the Moss Vale War Memorial Aquatic Centre. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with diverse client groups, including beginners, athletes, older adults, and those with specific health goals. You should be driven to grow your client base, with a proactive attitude toward member engagement. Our Health Club thrives on community, results, and innovation - so we’re looking for someone who can bring energy, professionalism, and a personal touch to every session. You’ll be expected to contribute to the overall member experience, support gym floor operations.

Key Accountabilities

Skills & Attributes

• Knowledge of current health & fitness procedures and practices.
• Personal Training with a variety of different clientele.
• A demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills.
• Certificate IV in Fitness (Cert III desirable)
• Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Current CPR Certificate
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
• Driven to success with friendly can-do attitude
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential

Previous industry experience is highly regarded!
