Job summary

Soho House is seeking a Gym Supervisor to help run the gym and fitness facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and top standards for members and guests. You will role-model the fitness team, support staff, and deliver a first-class member experience with well-maintained facilities.

You will drive engagement, supervise daily gym activities, and coordinate with trainers to deliver excellent service while maintaining a positive atmosphere on the gym floor.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fitness or gym supervisory role.
• Knowledge of gym equipment and floor operations.
• Understanding of health and safety with First Aid/CPR (certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily gym activities to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Support and motivate the fitness team to deliver excellent service.
• Monitor equipment and report faults; oversee maintenance follow-up.
• Lead by example on the gym floor and assist with member guidance.
• Assist with inductions and organise fitness events to boost engagement.
• Uphold gym policies and manage rota coverage as needed.
