PCYC Queensland is seeking a passionate Gym and Fitness Instructor to deliver diverse group fitness programs at our Ashmore Youth Club. You’ll help grow participation, support junior staff, and uphold exceptional customer service within a welcoming community.

You’ll hold a Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent AQF), AUSactive accreditation if possible, and current First Aid/CPR. This is a not-for-profit role with strong community impact and staff development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Hold a minimum Certificate III (SIS30321) in Fitness or equivalent AQF qualification.
• Core units SISFFIT032, SISFFIT033, SISFFIT035, SISFFIT036 are required.
• Holds industry accreditation, preferably AUSactive.
• Instructional experience in the relevant area of practice.
• Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate.

• Deliver a broad range of group fitness programs to PCYC clients of all ages.
• Contribute to improving programs and attracting new participants.
• Assist with the development of junior staff and maintain high customer service standards.
