Candidates should have experience in guided weapons, explosive ordnance, or related defence domains and be prepared to obtain or hold a suitable defence clearance. Opportunities span systems engineering, logistics, and sustainment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in guided weapons, explosive ordnance, defence systems, munitions, aerospace, maritime, or land capability programs.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, safety assurance, integration, testing, certification, or sustainment activities.
• Experience in project delivery, logistics support, asset management, reliability, or capability development.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
• Defence industry, Defence Force, or government experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Australia's GWEO capability across engineering, integration and sustainment programs.
• Support safety assurance, testing, certification, or risk mitigation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver complex weapon system projects on time and within budget.
