The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a BA, hands-on Guidewire experience, deep insurance operations knowledge, and comfort working in Agile and Waterfall environments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering technology or platform initiatives.
• Hands-on Guidewire experience (implementation, enhancement, or production support).
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, including claims, policy administration, or billing.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for the Guidewire platform and related business workflows (claims, policy, billing, investigations, reporting).
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for Guidewire configuration, enhancements, customisations, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain BA artefacts (BRDs, FRDs, epics, user stories, flows, data definitions, acceptance criteria).
• Perform current-state and future-state analysis; identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, vendors, and Guidewire partners to support design and delivery.
