Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill is seeking a friendly, experienced team member for a front of house reception role. The position supports a casual to front of house presence within a boutique hotel culture.

You will assist with guest enquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of front office duties including reservations, cash handling and reception is a plus.

Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill is looking for friendly, experienced and well
presented team member who will fit into our culture of delivering outstanding
customer service. Currently we are looking for a casual position representing the front of house reception team

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Portage of guest luggage to and from suites.
• Assist reservation enquiries with rates, availability, packages and facilities and
  services we have to offer.
• Checks guests in and out of the Property accurately and in a timely manner.
• Greets all guests that come into contact with Guest Relations ensuring that the
  guest name is used at all times.
• Handles guest enquiries and provides information on local attractions and gives
  directions as required.
• Answers all telephone calls within three rings in a professional friendly manner.
• Informs guests of all facilities and services available in the Property.
• Sets up guest accounts accurately.
• Reconciles cashier floats at the completion of each shift maintaining an
  accurate float.
• Documents all transactions and alterations to accounts & reservations.
• Communicate with Team Members on the following shift in order to ensure
  continuity of service.
• Communicate guest requests & issues to appropriate departments promptly
  and efficiently.
• Ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely.
• Maintains the cleanliness and the presentation of the front desk at all times.
• Collects payment of accounts and issues receipts accordingly.
• Maintains dress and grooming standards at all times
• Poolside service of drinks, clearing poolside area of wet towels and neatening
  sun lounges in pool areas and beachfront etc when required.
• Carries out any additional duties assigned by the Rooms Division Manager or
  management team.
