Job summary

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a friendly Host for Sailmaker, a 272-seat dining venue in the CBD. You will greet and seat guests, answer inquiries, and handle cashiering in a high-volume, guest-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, present well, and can work autonomously. NSW RSA and Australian working rights are required; expect a 38-hour week on a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent personal presentation and grooming.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• The availability to work 38 hours per week a rotating, 7-day roster including weekends.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• A NSW RSA.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and seat guests.
• Answer incoming calls and queries.
• Cashiering responsibility.
