Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails; training provided.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, assist with seating and provide menus.
• Describe menu items, answer questions, and take accurate orders.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and present them to standard.
• Check in with diners to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Keep the area clean and restock; clear tables and reset stations.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen to ensure timely preparation.
• Present bills and process payments accurately.
• Upsell menu items, specials, or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Address guests' special requests as needed.
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment.
