Job summary

Sheraton Sydney at 161 Elizabeth Street is seeking a Part-time F&B and Event Service Expert to join our guest-focused team. You will deliver service excellence across the complete food and beverage experience, maintain cleanliness, and engage guests to encourage future bookings.

Ideal candidates hold an up-to-date RSA, have relevant F&B experience, possess working rights in Australia, and bring a can-do, energetic attitude suitable for a fast-paced environment. Barista skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• An up-to-date RSA is required.
• Relevant experience in a similar F&B role.
• Working rights in Australia.
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career.
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
• Barista skills will be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations.
• Deliver service excellence throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail.
• Handle general enquiries, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests' requirements.
• Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings.
